Accounts Administrator
Job Overview
​We are seeking an Accounts Administrator to join our growing team at Irish Oxygen Company. We seek an individual that can work in a fast paced and growing environment. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

Essential Skills & Attributes:

Exceptional communication skills, in person, on the phone and with all written correspondence.

Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) and a demonstrated ability to learn new software applications quickly.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work effectively within a team and independently, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach.

Ability to follow directions and collaborate effectively with managers and colleagues.

Hardworking, conscientious, and possess a positive "can-do" attitude, with the ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and demonstrate sound critical thinking skills in all situations.

Experience with SAGE accounting software is a significant plus.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Accurately process and manage customer/supplier orders received through various channels (phone, email, online).
-
Respond promptly and professionally to customer/supplier queries and correspondence via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Generate and deliver accurate customer quotations
-
Accounts receivable experience
-
Process customer/supplier payments, issue receipts
-
Invoice management.

Credit Control & Creditor Management
-
Provide comprehensive administrative support to staff, including general office duties.

Participate in training to enhance skills and stay up to date with company procedures.

Salary €35 to €38K Depending on Experience
