Why Am I Being Charged After Returning My Cylinder?

Minimum Cylinder Rental Period

IOC applies a minimum rental period of one month per cylinder. This means that any part-month usage will be charged as a full month. 

For example, if a cylinder is returned at any point during May, the full month of May will be charged.

If you believe you are being charged beyond the return month for the cylinders you've already returned, please contact us at 021 454 1821.

To help us resolve the issue promptly, please ensure that:

• The cylinders were returned to the same location from which they were supplied.

• The return was made under the same account number

If either of these issues are not true, we may need to update our records accordingly. Please have your returns note number ready when calling.
